Display / FIRMWARE FEATURE

ghost mode

Mix by ear with optional waveform and BPM hiding.

Stock behavior
The native display shows tempo and waveform information in its normal player view.
Our modification
The integrated overlay adds UTILITY options and double-tap controls for masking BPM or waveform regions. Waveform hiding also masks the BPM digits and lower needle-search/countdown area. This is the documented display-masking implementation behind the Ghost Mode mixing concept. The original player observation describes a display-only change, with SYNC and tempo unchanged.
Validation & limits

Integrated display controls · scoped original-package player observation

Conditional SYNC/tempo code paths remain unresolved. Final gesture interactions require further runtime coverage.
