More immediate platter touch and release for hands-on control.

Stock behavior: The factory platter behavior includes its own touch and release response.
Our modification: The documented Touch Platter and Unified configurations use an instant-response touch/release path. PAUSE braking continues to follow VINYL SPEED ADJUST, and the native VINYL/CDJ switch remains available.

Validation & limits

Documented integrated source and feature configuration; physical timing coverage remains limited

Physical scratching and stop timing still require validation for the separated configuration.
