Tempo & library / FIRMWARE FEATURE

increased bpm precision

Finer BPM readouts, whole-BPM snapping and absolute BPM library filtering.

Stock behavior
The native numeric readout displays one decimal place, while library BPM filtering uses a percentage range.
Our modification
The optional display enhancement captures hundredths and combines native large digits with smaller decimal glyphs. Border clearing and right alignment are corrected. It also supports optional snapping to whole BPM values within a 0.10 BPM threshold in supported tempo ranges, using native rate paths. The library BPM filter uses an absolute difference instead of a percentage: 130 ±5 BPM covers 125–135 BPM, retaining the native 0–6 entry range.
Validation & limits

Integrated display and filtering changes · focused host and model checks

Orange/SYNC rendering has no new hardware validation. The implementation clips the hundreds digit at 200+ BPM. Snapping still needs full fader, SYNC, track-transition and audio validation. Previously saved percentage settings can become capped BPM widths; master-follow filtering needs further testing.
